family and motherhood sessions

I capture those moments so that your can preserve the memory for a lifetime. Time feels like it goes forever when you have little kids, but I promise it really does go by as fast as everyone says that it does. Don't put off capturing your here and now for another day, as before you know it those little faces and tiny hands will be all grown up.

Family
Family sessions are fun, relaxed and basically us just all hanging out and goofing around. I want to capture the candid moments of laughter and love that make up your family unit.
During your session I will set up and position your family in different spots, so that we are making use of the best lighting. I also provide simple prompts to help get those candid interactions flowing and then just let the magic unfold.
Following the lead of your kiddos on the day is best. If they want to run and play, we will run and play. If they are feeling a little shy or unsure and want to snuggle, then we will cosy up and get some sweet snuggly photos. By doing this it helps to keep things stress free, and the kids engaged and happy. I have 3 kids myself, so I know how quickly things can turn to tears if you try to get a toddler to do something they don't want to.
Motherhood
If you are anything like me, you are always the one behind the camera, you have a camera reel filled with pictures of your little ones and pictures of your kids with their other parent, but you rarely feature in pictures with your littles.
Motherhood sessions are about you and your kids. Documenting your bond, showing that you were there and capturing the love between you and your babies. That way when your kids are grown they will have these beautiful memories to look back on.
